Upon load completion, the Intellifuel Image Server captures the transaction from the terminal automation database. The driver name is extracted from the record, and becomes the “prompt” on the signature pad for the driver to select their bill(s) of lading. The driver simply selects their name on the signature pad, signs the pad, and taps “DONE."

A high speed, high-capacity laser printer prints image bills of lading with the driver signature, eliminating costly multi-part forms. spectrumIS distributes image and electronic transactions, greatly reducing the need to touch paper while allowing instant access to required data and documents from an indexed, easily searchable database.
