Your common carrier deliveries are reconciled within minutes of offloading, while signed, imaged BOL's are available online before your driver can even make the short walk from the loadout shack to their truck. Effective driver validation provides the security you want at your bulk plants. A driver, with proper information from dispatch, can load 24/7 with certainty and documentation. 24/7 loading is expected, not a challenge.

With spectrumBP, drivers are validated at the preset to the level that you require, and simply interact with an electronic signature pad in the loadout shack upon completion of their load. A real-time, imaged BOL with driver signature is printed and available online for your trading partners, and the load data is ready for integration to billing.spectrumBP also provides you with remote control and status monitoring of every preset at every bulk plant, so your plants always have a manual override should there be a need to operate the presets in their native or “standby” mode—or simply be shut down altogether.

spectrumBP incorporates a cost-effective gauging solution which includes alarm management that includes a high-level alarm that stops the pumps if by chance human alerts fail or are ignored (learn more). We support existing traditional wired ATG's such as Veeder-Root, INCON or others already in service. Configurable end-of-day gauges allowing plant inventory reconciliation, including a plant over/short analysis.

spectrumBP employs a PLC specifically engineered to manage receipts into your bulk storage. The graphic display allows the driver to see current tank levels, pump and valve status, as well as the current operational status. The process captures pre- and post-receipt results and mandates key-pad code identification for driver authentication. This combination of safety and authentication features raises awareness of results
for all parties to
custody transfer.
