The Environmental Workbench will only display the results that you need to monitor day-to-day. When the state inspector asks for a test that you have not configured for daily viewing, you can rest assured it is safely residing in your Intellifuel data vault, available for ready retrieval.
The Intellifuel Environmental Workbench is a feature-rich environment with e-mail and text message notification. Filtered view controls allow you to subset sites and report results in precise detail. Report delivery is refined with a few clicks of a mouse.
A truly comprehensive solution requires robust data capture, and affordable options exist. As with all Intellifuel services, a dedicated telephone line is not needed.
The Intellifuel Miniserver (learn more) may be deployed at the site to gather the data and deliver it a local phone number or existing Internet service at the site. Alternatively, an Intellifuel E2S Learn more (learn more) may be attached to a serial port on the gauge to deliver the data via existing network services, including many credit card networks or the site’s Internet service. This option eliminates the high cost of Internet expansion cards from gauge manufacturers.
Configuring custom views for your employees is easy. The system administrator simply chooses reports that are available corporately, and individual users can populate their Environmental Workbench with their own selections from the corporate list. For instance, your maintenance manager may want to see only a few reports—don’t make him wade through environmental reports to view active alarms! Your dispatch team may need access to a different subset of information.
Alerts are great, but only if your employees aren’t bothered with false alarms or needless information. With Environmental Workbench, you can tune this data transmission to insure the right people know.
